Purpose
This article explains the process for requesting access to approved platform, development, security, and cloud services. All access requests must be submitted via the NDP Portal, which is managed by the Platform Team.
Who Should Use This
Any Nintex employee or contractor who requires access to one or more of the tools listed below as part of their role.
Supported Tools & Platforms
Access requests for the following systems may not be submitted via IT tickets and must be done through the NDP Portal:

How to Request Access
- Open the NDP Portal:
https://ndp.platform.nintex.io/ - Sign in using your Nintex credentials.
- Navigate to the Access Request section.
- Select the system(s) you require access to.
- Complete all required fields, including:
- Business justification
- Environment (if applicable)
- Required role or permission level
- Submit the request.
Approval & Fulfilment
- All requests are reviewed and approved by the Platform Team.
- Approval depends on:
- Business justification
- Role requirements
- Security and compliance policies
- You will be notified directly once access is approved or if more information is required.
Important Notes
- Do not submit IT Helpdesk tickets for access to the systems listed above.
- Incomplete or unclear requests may be rejected or delayed.
- Ensure your manager is aware of the request if approval is required.
